Executive Function Open House

Become a certified Executive Functioning Consultant through our comprehensive training program designed for professionals supporting children and youth. This full-day, in-person training in Nelson equips you with evidence-based strategies and tools to help your clients develop critical executive function skills, including attention management, organization, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.

​

Following the initial training, participants will engage in ongoing bi-weekly online sessions and alternate weekly group study meetings over four months, ensuring practical application and mastery of the material. Successful completion of the program grants certification, enabling you to confidently deliver executive function support within your community.

Executive Function Youth Roundtable

Executive Function Series Information

The Learn Develop Succeed (LDS) is leading the upcoming executive function workshops and training in Nelson, bringing their expertise to help children, youth, families, and educators in the West Kootenays.

​

LDS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with learning differences like dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. They provide personalized, evidence-based programs including tutoring, workshops, and assessments.

​

Argyle Education Consulting and Jodi Bergman Counselling recognized the need for accessible, high-quality executive function training and support in the West Kootenays. With their combined experience working closely with children, youth, and families facing learning and emotional challenges, they partnered with LDS to bring this valuable series of workshops to Nelson.

 

Their goal is to build local capacity, empower community members, and create lasting positive impacts on the educational and emotional wellbeing of neurodiverse individuals in the region.​​​​​​
